We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

• Limit or cancel orders, including bulk or suspicious purchases

• Make changes to product pricing, ingredients, or packaging without prior notice

Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

• Payment can be made via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD, if applicable)

• In case of prepaid orders, payment must be completed successfully for the order to be confirmed

• We do not store any card or payment information on our servers

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking information

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location

• Chocowell is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural calamities, or unforeseen issues

• If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, refunds are not applicable for prepaid orders

Product Policy

• All our chocolates are made using lab-tested, and vegetarian ingredients

• Store products in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture

• As our products are perishable, they must be consumed before the expiry date mentioned on the packaging

• Do not refrigerate unless specified

Return & Refund
