🚚 Chocowell Shipping Policy

At Chocowell, we take great care to ensure your chocolates are packed, handled, and shipped with maximum freshness and safety. The following policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and terms.

📍 Serviceable Locations

We deliver across most PIN codes in India through trusted courier partners.

If you wish to confirm service availability for your location, please contact us before placing the order.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing timelines may be slightly extended.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timelines depend on the courier partner’s serviceability for your PIN code.

Typical estimated timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Interior / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery may vary based on courier operations, weather, holidays, strikes, or logistical delays outside our control.

Once dispatched, the shipment is handled solely by the courier. Delays by the courier do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS or email
  • A tracking link for real-time updates

If tracking is delayed or not updating, contact our support team and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

❄️ Heat-Sensitive Packaging

Chocolates are heat-sensitive, so we take extra care:

  • Temperature-resistant packaging
  • Minimized heat exposure by courier instructions

Minor softening during transit may occur and is not considered product damage.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Shipments may be marked undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer not available
  • Delivery refused by customer

In such cases, the order will be Returned to Origin (RTO).

🔁 Return to Origin (RTO) & Refunds

Prepaid Orders:

  • Prepaid orders that return to us due to customer refusal, address issues, or unavailability are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable once an order has been dispatched.

COD Orders:

  • Repeated refusal of COD shipments may result in blocking COD for future orders.

Chocowell is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations.

Refusal of delivery due to courier delays does not qualify for a refund.

🧾 Invoice & Packaging

Every order is packed securely in tamper-proof packaging and includes an invoice for your reference.
