Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
CHOCOWELL is committed to delivering premium-quality products. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
No Return Policy
All sales are final. Once delivered, products cannot be returned for reasons including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preference
• Ordering by mistake
• Delayed consumption
• Refusal to accept delivery after dispatch
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Missing items in the order
• Verified manufacturing defect
Claim Requirements
To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide order number and contact details
• Submit clear photographs of the issue
• Provide a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be rejected.
Investigation
CHOCOWELL reserves the right to review and investigate all claims before approving a refund or replacement. Additional evidence may be requested if required.
Refund Processing
For approved claims:
• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded through bank transfer or UPI.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, CHOCOWELL may provide a replacement instead of a refund. The decision to issue a refund or replacement shall remain solely at the discretion of CHOCOWELL.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Delivery Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.
Fraudulent Claims
CHOCOWELL reserves the right to reject claims that are false, misleading, unsupported, abusive, or fraudulent. Repeated fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and refusal of future service.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of CHOCOWELL and SUBLIWORLD shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from purchases made through CHOCOWELL shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
